Keeping our restaurants kitchen exhaust clean and safe seemed to be a never ending battle.  We would pay to have it cleaned and just days later the county inspector would give our exhaust system the thumbs down.  Another local restaurant manager recommended we call Reggie at Clean Under Pressure.  We did and all I will tell you is it is so nice to have found someone in the restaurant service business that actually does the job as promised.  Now I can worry about serving my customers instead of hiding from inspectors.  Thanks Reggie!
